I have heard of companies that blow bits of newspaper into the walls but I have no idea who would even do that where I live (poconos, pa) Are there any other suggestions out there for making my home well insulated. When I got home, the smell from both of them was unbearable. It smelled poisonous. I am afraid to burn it because of toxicity. This new Duraflame log has sawdust, nutshells, cardboard and plant waste; 100% recycleable materials. Their website touts it, but doesn’t say anything about the horrible odor. Any ideas?
