I remember an article about some wood being grown on a tree farm in South America where the wood has limited knots and is great to work with (also eco-friendly). Can’t find the article right now. Also, width not really a factor since a jointer will work fine. Would just rather build it out of ply with solid faces.

C. They are sophisticated in the Arts and Entertainment. If they have an oprah house, theaters, museums, etc. etc. even better. (I like a lot of culture, afterall I am only 24.)

D. The job market is excellent to acceptional.

E. The crime rate is descent (I don’t want to worry about getting mugged all the time)

F. They have affordable homes and living situations.

G. eco-friendly

H. people are friendly and inviting

Wouldn’t it help if manufacturers reduced the amount of packaging and made the remainder 100% recyclable?
