I know both of them don’t have top of the line hard drives, but I’m not concerned about that. For $100, I can get a 500GB (7200RPM) external hard drive. Also, both of them have integrated/shared video memory. I could upgrade the Dell to a 256MB dedicated memory, but it will cost me another $199. But I’m not really worried about the graphics card that much. I’m not much into PC gaming — I prefer to play on a console.
At the moment, I’m kinda leaning toward the Vostro, but the $200 price difference is what’s making this a tough decision.

The artist couple Pratibha and Sanjay Singh have a nice earth based ecological home along with a studio for Sanjay as part of the home. The whole house is of earth excavated from the site. There is no plastering or painting for the building. The house is naturally lit and naturally ventilated with no fan or air conditioning. Sanjay is an avid gardener and we josh about his North Indian garden. Harvested rain supplies the garden water and adds to the house hold use. Grey water from the kitchen is reused for the garden.
One of my dream is to go take a looooong afternoon nap in the peace and quite of this beautiful home designed by the Architect Chitra Vishwanath (seen in the silent movie with the artist Sanjay Singh). Note also the paintings by the artist couple, stunning an in tune with the earth tones of the house.

Is there a company out there that uses reps, but has more natural or organic products?
