Sony Vaio or HP Pavillion?

P.S. the Sony is immediately available but the i will hav to wait a bit for the HP. I was thinking the Sony is more stylish and reliable but i’m not too sure. Performance to me is also very important but is the slighlty better performance of the HP worth the wait? seeing as i need it asap.
